Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. All returns are free within the continental United States (excluding U.S. territories, military bases, or overseas holdings). After 30 days, refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of Oracle Organix LLC.

Return Instructions:

• Items should be returned in their original packaging or a similarly secure package.
• Include your invoice or order slip inside the return package.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email with the status of your refund.
• If your refund is approved, a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.
